Meet Tim Jackson

Tim Jackson is committed to the ongoing evolution of multi residential housing, or as we like to call them, apartments. He’s also an advocate for innovative design in the built environment.

As director of Jackson Clements Burrows (JCB) Architects, an award-winning architecture, interior design, and urban design studio, Tim has an outstanding portfolio of work which includes, the France Group’s Averi.

Tim’s firm JCB won the Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing award for our Averi Apartments in the 2018 AIA Victorian Architecture Awards.

Bound by a relationship of trust, Tim is in no doubt that France Group appreciated and respected their design ability which gave the architects the creative license to do what they do best.

Meet Beau O’Brien

Beau O’Brien is our architect and town planning specialist who has worked through many styles, trends, and elements of design.

“France Group is uncompromised on quality, so I’ve never had a brief, that’s been driven by budget. It’s always been driven by architecture and providing the best product we can for that location.”

He’s the director of UXD, a creative agency that’s focussed on responsive architecture – that means design that’s sympathetic to its environment and the people who live in it. Beau’s designs emphasise local materials that soften the built form through natural light and its interplay with different materials, surfaces, and finishes.

“Our workshops are always about challenging the design or improving it. They are so design centric, it’s an absolute pleasure, particularly in the role that I have in the group.”

While he can draw on a variety of inspirations when designing our apartments, Beau is unwavering in his commitment to designing something beautiful that complements its surroundings.
